Responsibilities:What You’ll Tackle
  • Financial Storytelling: Dive into monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that reveal the heartbeat of our business.
  • Forecasting Fun: Build dynamic models that help us see around corners and plan with confidence.
  • Strategic Insights: Turn data into decisions with sharp analysis and bold recommendations.
  • Compliance & Controls: Keep our financial house in order with smart systems and strong safeguards.
  • Cash Flow Mastery: Monitor liquidity and optimize our financial rhythm.
  • Team Synergy: Collaborate across departments and mentor rising finance stars.
Qualifications:What You Bring
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • A love for solving problems and uncovering patterns.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational finesse.
  • A collaborative mindset and clear communication style.
