Amity is committed to research, development implementation, and dissemination of information regarding community building.Remembrance, Resolution, Reconciliation, Restoration, RenewalAbout the Position:To support management team coordinating special projects, developing and managing team members, assisting with case assignments, and coordinating other program service needs. Supports management team with all administrative functions and serves as a liaison with executives, the public, clients, volunteers, other agencies and government officials. \nWhat You Will Do:
  • Manage staff daily activities and be responsible for the overall day-to-day activities, management, and coordination of the statement of work, and be a liaison with the County and other partners.
  • Utilize a contingency management framework to address illicit stimulant use through an evidence-based incentive system designed to promote engagement in healthy behaviors and reduce illicit stimulant use, which includes urine drug screens twice weekly for accurate monitoring.
  • Implement client selection and inclusion for a Contingency Management program at existing Office of Diversion and Reentry housing sites.
  • Be responsible for developing policies and procedures and creating forms that facilitate the effective operation of and delivery of high-quality evaluation services.
  • Work with program staff to develop appropriate forms, advertising materials, data collection systems, etc.
  • Oversee data collection and transcription process, consolidate and verify data on a weekly basis; and work with program management to aggregate data and produce monthly reports.
  • Type routine correspondence as requested.
  • Organize and maintain client chart file system, file correspondence and other records.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, reserve and prepare facilities.
  • Required to use company vehicles as well as personal vehicles to visit clients and other locations as needed.
  • Required to have car insurance, vehicle, and valid driver's license.
  • Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance using appropriate cost allocation measures.
  • Conduct Quarterly internal Audit with Quality Assurance and Program Director to assure that the project is in compliance with the Statement of Work.
  • Additional tasks as needed.
