The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and management of Osage Beach medical Park Primary Care and Express Care Clinic. This person must demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of the need for customer satisfaction and will perform administrative, leadership and managerial duties. This position requires knowledge and experience in performance improvement process, and applicable governmental and health care regulatory requirements. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. This must be an outgoing person with high service orientation. Sound judgment sufficient to ensure the integrity of operations and to provide exemplary leadership in the development of teamwork among staff. Strong skills in facilitating problem solving and organizational skills.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare with a preference in Ambulatory Health Care or Medical Clinics. Management of Primary Clinics is preferred. Skills: Must possess the knowledge and ability to comprehend financial statements as well as productivity data related to medical clinics. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must. Ability to relate well with physicians, non-physician providers and other staff. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of EMR. Corporate compliance and HIPAA regulations required.
