- As a technical lead of integration team design, develop, configure, implement, and support solution integration services on Boomi platform.
- Provide integration solutions for connecting and transmitting relevant information across Cloud Services, On premise applications and web sites.
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and implement integrations that connect systems and transmit relevant data.
- Onboard trading partners (EDI, XML, and others) to facilitate near real-time integration with partners such as logistics, resellers, suppliers, distributers, and depot.
- Proactively monitor Boomi services for potential issues or performance bottlenecks and resolve them. Resolve issues with triggers, workflows, data quality, processing sequence, data transformation/translation, validation.
- Develop and maintain Boomi integrations to ensure ongoing compatibility.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering teams to enable API and/or other constructs required for integration of D365, Salesforce, PLM, and other core platforms through Boomi.
- Design and configure dashboards, reports, and console to provide visibility of integration pipelines to the business.
- Apply patches, updates, and enhancements as necessary to maintain currency, system stability and security.
- Implement new modules and extensions in Boomi to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with integration and solution teams on projects using Azure DevOps (ADO). Document integration logic, validations, and business rules on an ongoing basis.
- Consult with infrastructure and security teams to implement compliance, security, and cloud best practices.
- Configure and tune Boomi Security framework to ensure optimal role-based access.
- Keep current with industry trends and best practices in cloud SAAS services, ERP, Analytics, Integration, and add-on services.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, related technical field, or equivalent experience in an enterprise organization.
- Relevant Boomi and Azure certifications and technical training is a plus.
- Experience working on ERP implementation and support in manufacturing industries is desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, development of integration services on Boomi iPaaS. Experience with other integration platforms is a plus.
- Experience work with and manipulating XML/JSON, REST/SOAP web services and API implementation is required.
- Experience mapping, creating, and transforming XML, CSV, flat file data schemas for diverse systems/services is required.
- Experience with DevOps in Boomi environment is required.
- Proficiency with EDI standards and integrations preferably in Boomi. Expertise in onboarding trading partners is a plus.
- Experience developing real-time, batch and ETL integrations.
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Function App) and Azure DevOps code and Cloud architectures.
- Experience with mentoring and guiding technical teams through technology development and support activities.
- Experience with developing Boomi integrations with D365 ODATA and Salesforce API is highly desired.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake, Power BI and related analytics and report services is a plus.
- Ability to work with both IT and business to implement business processes and workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
