In this role, you’ll use your organizational skills to optimize workflows and build first-class communication, leading asset creation and world building in a modern game environment. You will work with teams on multiple continents, in different time zones with different management styles or communication methods. Build and own comprehensive content plans for large scale video games.
Manage significant portions of a game product or products.
Demonstrate an ability to resolve conflict across levels.
Own hard tasks independently & work through ambiguity across team members and leads.

Lead by example & have impact on rest of production team without direct management.
Work with multiple disciplines including engineers, designers, artists, animators, audio designers and more to create compelling gameplay and experiences.
Communicate with Leads and collaborate with discipline directors to solve problems and mitigate risk
Coordinate with external teams and partners and manage dependencies.
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership OR equivalent experience.Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.
2+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
Shipped at least 1 AAA title as a producer.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years’ experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadership
OR equivalent experience.
Proficiency with product tracking software such as JIRA, Autodesk Flow, or similar databases.
Proficiency with Agile methodology for software development and related software.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software– Outlook, Excel, and Project.
Game Producers IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
