
Budget Analyst

- Coordinates accurate planning, forecasting and analysis of the Division's performance and ensures controls and execution of programs support the company.
- Monitors and controls programs using Costpoint and Excel.
- Oversees awarded contracts, budget development, and analysis for the Division.
- Maintains a system of business management controls to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and financial goals and interface with internal and external customer on programmatic and business-related activities providing suggestions and solutions.
- Develops timely, accurate and executable financial forecasts across multiple programs
- Engages in cost/pricing strategy for both ROMs and formal proposals
- Investigates and resolves issues related to contract funding, invoicing, time charging, and overall financial management of programs.
- Interfaces with government customers, team members, and others to identify and execute program requirements.
- Executes plans, goals, and objectives for implementation and program administration
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant work experience
- Technical financial/program control expertise
- Budget software proficiency
- Soft skills for communication and problem-solving
- Masters's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Google Docs, AICIS, GFEBS, LMP, ATAAPS, ACTS, and other Army budget/financial tools.
- Analyze funding requirements
- Prepare cost estimates
- Track obligations
- Manage unliquidated obligations (ULOs)
