Construction Safety Manager to lead our safety program and ensure a culture of safety excellence across all job sites.Position OverviewThe Safety Director will oversee company-wide safety initiatives, ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards, and provide strategic leadership to improve and maintain safe working conditions across all project sites.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Safety Manager ready to take the next step into a leadership role with a company that values safety as a core pillar of success.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and enforcement of comprehensive safety programs and protocols.
  • Conduct regular job site audits and inspections to ensure OSHA compliance and promote safe practices.
  • Partner with project teams to proactively identify hazards and support job-specific safety planning.
  • Deliver training programs for superintendents, foremen, and trades to reinforce safety culture.
  • Manage incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.
  • Serve as the internal safety resource for all field and office personnel.
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to inform internal safety policy updates.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction safety; commercial construction experience required.
  • OSHA 500-510-required!
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, ANSI, and local/state regulations.
  • Proven ability to influence and lead safety culture on active job sites.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
