- Firewall and VPN issues
- Server and Active Directory administration
- Microsoft Teams and SharePoint support
- Domain namespace and blocklisting resolution
- Printer and email delivery troubleshooting
- Backup and recovery management
- Virtualization errors (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Provide Tier 1-3 support across Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and backups
- Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver remote/onsite solutions while ensuring security and compliance
- Assist with AI/ML integrations, workflow automation, infrastructure upgrades, and system enhancements
- Mentor junior technicians, maintain documentation, and implement IT best practices
- Collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues quickly and optimize performance
