- Troubleshooting and maintaining a fleet of trucks.
- Welding
- Take an active role in improving safety and health in the workplace.
- Participate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings.
- Maintains reasonable, regular, and punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.
- Ability to use various vehicle tools such as hand tools, electric tools, pneumatic tools, jacking equipment, safety stands, and electronic testing equipment.
- Ability to receive, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to read and understand parts and service manuals.
- Ability to prepare legible and understandable work orders and schedule completion sheets.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Lifting moderate to heavy material is required.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Driver's License
- Must supply own tools.
- ASE Certification
- Demonstrated mechanical skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in a transportation environment
- CDL B
- Tow Motor and Air brake certification is a plus

- Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc.), most of the workday.
- Required to exert physical effort to handle objects up to or under 70 pounds frequently.
- They are required to be rarely exposed to physical and occupational risks (such as cuts, burns, exposure to toxic chemicals, etc.).
- They are required to be exposed to a physical environment that rarely involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements.
