
Sr Tax Analyst

- 4+ years of corporate income tax compliance experience
- Understanding of federal and state income tax implications of tax credit transferability is a plus
- Significant Excel experience; experience with Alteryx, Power BI or similar tools a plus
- Prepare federal and state corporate income and partnership tax return
- Prepare consolidated and separate company tax returns and corresponding tax work papers and files
- Facilitate the analytics and reporting for tax credits in complex partnership and consolidated corporate structures
- Prepare and Review Investment Tax Credit and Production Tax Credit data and summarize outputs to support the business
- Manage monthly tax entity management updates within compliance tax reporting software
- Review transactions for changes to tax structure of legal entities
- Review legal entity registrations and entity classification changes to determine appropriate tax treatment
- Work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and produce accurate, quality, work product
- Analyze large and complex datasets and present findings in a clear, understandable manner
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-past work environment that demands regular reprioritization
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Master's - Other Sciences
- Assists in developing tax structures and strategies that defer, minimize, or eliminate foreign and U.S. taxes on existing and prospective company investments
- Monitors all tax compliance activities and exposures, including tax return preparation and reporting, and the status of local audits and dispute resolution proceedings
- Conducts financial and economic analyses
- Develops and prepares the organization's financial plans and budgets, and interpreting financial reports and tax returns
