Overview:The new intern will provide assistance with new accounts opening and banking operations. Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounts related tasks such as account opening, account closing, and account maintenance.
  • Handle the production and mailing of debit cards.
  • Assist in transaction inputs, online banking operations, documents filing, and new account review.
  • Respond to customer inquiries for walk-in customers, call-in customers and customers' inquiries through mail, internet banking or email etc.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in banking and finance.
  • Detail-oriented, good time management skills and great teamwork.
  • Microsoft office skills and computer skills.
Pay RangeActual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
