1. Manage a team of facility service providers directly accountable for deployment of ongoing building and facility services supported by strategic vendor relationships to provide safe and available bank assets and operations.
2. Oversee the structure and execution protocols necessary to provide centralized facility services including janitorial, landscaping, snow removal, pest control and other contracted services as required for assigned facilities.
3. Ensure proper utilization of ongoing asset lifecycle management program to optimize efficient use of capital improvement funds while extending the life of the building and equipment assets through ongoing monitoring and preventative maintenance tactics. Utilize this asset data to identify and prioritize large infrastructure capital projects to enable long term efficiency of facility assets.
4. Ensure proper identification, review and execution of necessary asset repairs and maintenance at all Retail and ATM or Corporate Office locations within annual budget parameters.
5. Oversee the business recovery program for facility response to emergency or disaster events, working alongside our strategic vendors and partners within CREW and Truist at large.
6. Serve as single point of contact to other internal real estate departments and Retail or Corporate Office building occupants providing the highest level of client service for facility services provided.
7. Make leadership decisions within established policies, procedures and established objectives.
8. Solve routine and unique problems of high complexity by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents.
9. Identify and resolve technical, operational, risk management, business and organizational challenges.
10. Represent Truist in Real Estate professional organizations and associations.QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Construction Services field, or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate, facility management, vendor management or relevant services
3. Broad facility management knowledge with an emphasis on: centralized services, ongoing repair and maintenance, budgeting processes, financial reporting and day-to-day operations
4. Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to lead projects of significance and risk exposure
5. Ability to think critically and strategically, multi-task, and drive change
6. Strong quantitative and analytic abilities
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
8. Ability to travel, occasionally overnightPreferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in the real estate and facilities management industry, financial services or banking industry
2. Working knowledge of architectural, electrical and mechanical systems
3. Working knowledge of real estate leases, contracts and related documents
4. Vendor management experience
5.
