Role OverviewSodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 of Food Services for Tarleton State University's new Event Center in Stephenville, TX. The ideal candidate would have prior event center management experience and knowledge of high-volume catering, concessions and culinary operations.The EECU Center at Tarleton State University will have seating for nearly 10,000 people for concerts: up to 8,000 for basketball games and other sporting events. This multi-purpose event center will provide a permanent indoor home for convocations and commencements, and the city of Stephenville will enjoy increased income from community and regional events.A founding member of The Texas A&M System, Tarleton State University is breaking records — in enrollment, research, scholarship, athletics, philanthropy and engagement — while transforming the lives of approximately 18,000 students in Stephenville, Fort Worth, Waco, Bryan and online.   • extensive food service management experience, ideally in a campus environment, event center or convention center.
