- Identify and correct equipment malfunctions of low voltage wiring and connected devices.
- Monitor and track all technology & security related inventory to confirm software is current and physical equipment is in pristine condition.
- Assist with network integration of Technology systems ensuring reliable connectivity and integrity.
- Perform regular facility inspections and share findings with leadership.
- Support events with onsite AV, technology, and IT setup and technical support.
- Create and code supply requisitions and assist with departmental procurement needs.
- Participate in internal and external meetings to support collaborative planning and information sharing.
- Provide input in budget meetings regarding equipment and operational needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and service excellence through participation in employee initiatives and team leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and best practices through trade shows and association involvement.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, ADA standards, and all applicable Authority policies to maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
- Maintain technology logs, inventory records, and documentation related to maintenance and service activities.

- Must have ability to read and interpret building diagrams and follow setup instructions to meet event needs.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate and work well with others.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written (English required).
- Knowledge of CPR and ability to use an AED.
- Ability to walk/stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs., and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
- Must be able to operate maintenance equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissor lifts).
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a high public image and positive attitude while serving clients and guests.
- Position requires flexibility for irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available for on-call rotations and able to respond to urgent technical needs with minimal notice.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Completion of a two-year technical education program in a relevant field.
- Equivalent experience accepted at a ratio of 2 years of experience = 1 year of technical education.
- Thorough knowledge of computer systems, networking, audio, video, access control and CCTV maintenance.
- Prior experience supporting technology operations in a large venue, stadium, arena, or public facility environment.
- Ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of audio, video, CCTV and low voltage electrical system maintenance and repairs.
