
Manager/ Sr Manager (Pharma Analytics)

- Act as primary onsite point of contact for stakeholders (business owners, service owners, product managers).
- Manage, support & enhancement delivery, ensuring SLA adherence and quality outcomes.
- Lead requirement gathering, backlog grooming, and user story creation for enhancements.
- Partner with offshore team (data engineers, BI developers, data scientists) to ensure smooth execution.
- Provide technical and functional oversight of applications in scope (PSP Analytics, Sales & Performance, Market Access).
- Support incident triage and root cause analysis for high-priority issues.
- Ensure knowledge transfer & documentation with client SMEs and offshore team.
- Report weekly on SLA metrics, risks, and progress.
- 8–12 years of experience in Pharma / Life Sciences data & analytics.
- Hands-on expertise in BI platforms (Power BI / MicroStrategy), SQL, Snowflake/DBT, ETL monitoring.
- Strong understanding of pharma commercial models (Patient Services, Sales Performance, Market Access).
- Prior experience managing application support and enhancements (L2/L3).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate offshore teams and deliver in a hybrid model.
- Familiarity with automation/observability tools is a plus.
