  • Lead the pre-construction phase, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and risk assessments for construction projects.
  • Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts to align with project goals.
  • Monitor compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
  • Provide support to the project team during the transition from pre-construction to construction phases.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all pre-construction activities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.
