-Has responsibility for managing the Regional Team of per diem nurses at the account level to ensure the provision of the highest level of training to our customers.-Trains and mentors contract nursing staff to consistently help build their clinical competence, while identifying high potential nurses within this group to be considered for the role of Clinical Specialist.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent clinical experience.Minimum of five (5) years general clinical nursing experience, including at least three (3) years related to infusion therapy, vascular access, or MDS products.Ultrasound guided vascular access device placement experienceProven ability to train and educate clinical staff.Valid state-issued driver’s license with at least three consecutive years of driving history; meets company auto safety standards.Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time.Preferred QualificationsCRNI (Certified Registered Nurse Infusion) or VA-BC (Vascular Access Board Certification).At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
