- Primary owner responsible for cost and efficiency analysis both inbound & outbound transportation between Suppliers, Plants, DC’s and Customers.
- Manage shipment routings that consist of shipment consolidation and mode swapping.
- Collaborates across the Business Units and Functions to ensure shipments are moving efficiently and cost effectively.
- Ownership of development of carrier scorecard metrics and datasets, creating actionable insights and driving efficiency throughout our network.
- Responsible for the tracking of inbound and outbound shipping activities though the full purchase order lifecycle to ensure the plants, shipping schedules and transportation requirements are met.
- Conducts analysis for Logistics and Distribution and other key areas to create accurate and timely decisions for Business results.
- Provides effective and actionable financial analysis, scenario analysis, and communication of alternatives in carrier management and cost versus performance trade-offs to support Business needs.
- Align Logistics, Distribution, Customer Service, Sales and Manufacturing to facilitate internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze data to identify issues, opportunities within the Regal Rexnord network and provide workable solutions to obtain cost and performance benefits.
- Analyze Logistics data, using methods such as data mining, data modeling, or cost and benefit analysis.
- Lead initiatives to implement cost-savings and optimization strategies across the network to align with Business goals and objectives.
- Identify KPI’s that align with critical success factors for the Businesses.
- Ensures that monthly, quarterly and yearly TMS Execution KPI’s are prepared and published as appropriate.
- Share and distribute KPI’s and leading indicator trends with Business Units to show outliers and opportunities for improvements and cost savings.
- Work with Logistics Sourcing Team to foster proactive carrier management.

- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance preferred
- 5-7 Years of related work experience in Logistics operations / TMS
- Experience working with a TMS.
- General knowledge and skill with Logistics
- Knowledgeable in all modes of Transportation – TL, LTL, Ocean, Air, Small Package
- Strong Communication / Influencing skills capable of maintaining positive internal/external relationships
- Proven ability to take on tasks and drive continuous improvement
