Let’s Build Something Great.At Bass Mazda, a family-owned and community-rooted dealership since 1977, we’re expanding our Service Team and seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Automotive Technician with proven experience. This role is ideal for professionals who want more than just a paycheck—they want a team that supports their ambitions, respects their craftsmanship, and provides a clear path to advancement.What You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mazda and other makes and models.
  • Accurately complete repair orders and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate clearly with Service Advisors.
  • Keep up with OEM and ASE certifications (training provided).
  • Mentor junior technicians as part of a collaborative, team-first culture.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of professional technician experience (Mazda or import experience a plus).
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a focus on safety and quality.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
