We are looking for highly technical, professional, residential Electrical Service Manager to oversee and lead our Electrical Department. Managers must be able to interact and communicate well with the Leadership Team, lead the Electrical Team, and take ownership of the overall success of all electrical related tasks. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of experience in residential electrical and leadership skills.Responsibilities

  • Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
  • Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of business practices.
  • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the electrical department
  • Conduct weekly 1:1’s with all team members; Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
  • Take phone calls and provide after hours and weekend support to any electricians on call.
  • Attend Daily Huddles and Leadership meetings, analyze and report on metrics.
  • Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal changes
  • Review and approve jobs, time cards, curbside feedback and option sheets.
  • Serve as a technical back-up for field technicians when necessary.
Job Requirements
  • 10 plus years of electrical residential experience
  • 5 plus years in a leadership role
  • Develop a proven track record in operations
  • Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.
  • Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers and co-workers to ensure correct project work, while abiding by all codes
  • Willingness to work overtime and "on call" shifts as needed
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills is a plus.
  • Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
  • Must be able to lift over fifty pounds
  • Excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
