- Design, implement, and manage Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), subnets, routing, and peering.
- Deploy, configure, and optimize Azure Load Balancers (L4), Application Gateway (L7), Traffic Manager, and Azure Front Door.
- Manage and support Citrix ADC (NetScaler) load balancers for hybrid and application delivery scenarios.
- Collaborate with network teams to support VPN Gateways, ExpressRoute, and hybrid connectivity solutions between on-premises and Azure.
- Implement and maintain network configurations using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) with Terraform.
- Automate operational tasks and configurations using Ansible playbooks.
- Apply security controls with NSGs, ASGs, Azure Firewall, and other cloud-native services.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to optimize performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and automation scripts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, load balancing, and connectivity issues across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Ensure server systems are secure, stable, and highly available.
- Highly proficient with enterprise server management tools and possesses intermediate scripting and automation skills.
- Skilled in troubleshooting both Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Participate in the planning, deployment, and ongoing support for enterprise server infrastructure to ensure optimum performance and scalability.
- Possess an expert knowledge of enterprise backup solutions, performance monitoring tools, and cloud-native services.
- This role requires a blend of technical skills, collaboration, and an understanding of both hardware and software systems.
- Includes after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations to support critical tier1 systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams for capacity planning, focusing on future scalability and resource optimization across all environments.
- Certifications such as AZ-700 (Azure Network Engineer Associate) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate).
- Experience with multi-cloud networking and enterprise migration projects.
- Familiarity with automation pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Experience with Ansible playbooks for automation (nice to have).
- Background in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) with strong compliance and governance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline and five years
- Infrastructure server administration experience OR seven years of Infrastructure server engineering experience.
