- Direct supervision of daily operations such as staffing, quality control, and schedule adherence​
- Hold the team accountable for following established procedures and conforming to conduct standards.

- Approximately 3-5+ years of production experience in manufacturing roles, having direct reports and shop floor accountability
- Experience with scrap management, safety behaviors, and quality controls increasing site efficiency, employee engagement, and turnover reduction
- Strong leadership skills, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and the ability to establish priorities with a sense of urgency
- Familiar with workforce scheduling, overtime management, and other labor deployment practices
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines, demonstrating an ability to prioritize between what is urgent and what is important
- Hands-on experience working in a lean manufacturing plant (5S, tier meetings, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Gemba walk lead standard work) is a plus
- Results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver information, whether good or bad.
- Associate degree or higher preferred but not required
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to complete required daily and monthly reports on attendance, machine efficiency, scrap, process improvement, etc. (ERP/SAP experience is a plus!)
