Emergency Medicine Physician

- Provide emergency medical care in a 10,000-volume ED setting
- Perform advanced procedures including intubations, chest tubes, and critical care management
- Lead trauma resuscitations and manage complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with mid-level providers during peak hours
- Utilize Meditech EHR system for patient documentation
- Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM) preferred
- FM/IM physicians with 3+ years of ER experience (250+ case logs within past year) considered
- Current ACLS, PALS, and ATLS certifications
- Active or eligible for North Dakota Medical License
- Strong clinical acumen and procedural competency
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- W2 Option: $250/hr base + $10/hr quality bonus ($561,600/year)
- 1099 Option: $275/hr base + $10/hr quality bonus ($615,600/year)
- $50,000 Sign-on bonus (3-year forgiveness period)
