The WSJ Leadership Institute consists of executive peer communities called Councils (CEO Council, CMO Council, CFO Council, etc.) which provides a variety of content and in-person experiences for members, and unique access to data only available within Dow Jones.**About the Role:**We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Director, Business Operations to drive growth and lead operational strategy for our executive peer communities. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily business operations across all membership communities for the WSJ Leadership Institute and ensuring all stakeholders are included and informed. As part of this role, you will be responsible for coordinating information and decision-making across a wide range of internal groups, including marketing, sales, events, product, and communications, as well as external partners.You will also serve as the primary driver of managing the WSJLI P&L performance, including coordinating with finance on spend, T&E and financial projections, ensuring leadership team members are aware of P&L decisions that need to be made and tracking to performance, and support all business operations through liaising with the legal team on contracts.
