- Member of Electronics Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) with a focus towards satisfying customer needs and milestones.
- Represents the Electronics IPT at internal & external program meetings.
- Supports discussions with customer regarding deliverables schedule.
- Electronics delivery focal for F-135 ECU program (Engineering Test Rig/Engine Hardware)
- Understands the Baseline Proposal content to enable proactive scope management.
- Ensures alignment with business plan as program scope changes or grows.
- Manages documentation needed to support configuration changes of hardware deliverables.
- Responsible for cost & schedule tracking
- Responsible for integrated master schedule updates for electronics products
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Aerospace experience is preferred
- Experience navigating competing priorities, delivering the highest level of engagement and delivering successful outcomes in critical situations
- Experience leading projects and teams within a highly matrixed organization
- Experience with use of Earned Value Measurement (EVMS)
- Ability to obtain security clearance
