A well-established organization is seeking a Field-Based Account Manager to support the delivery and expansion of healthcare solutions across outpatient and specialty care settings. This role is focused on developing strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a smooth integration of services that support better outcomes for both providers and patients.You will be responsible for managing a defined territory, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals across various care environments. This is a client-facing role that requires regular in-person engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesRetain and grow existing client accounts by identifying service opportunities and expanding solution utilizationWork closely with care teams and internal partners to support workflow optimization and service adoptionCollaborate with other field-based representatives to ensure coordinated territory planning and executionBuild and maintain relationships with a broad range of client stakeholders including clinicians, administrators, and support staffDrive engagement with key decision-makers and influencers to support account growthMeet activity, coverage, and relationship development targets within the assigned territoryConduct regular business reviews to evaluate account performance and identify areas for expansionUse CRM tools and internal platforms to track activity, plan outreach, and manage account dataRepresent the organization at relevant local meetings and events, as neededMaintain an up-to-date territory plan that reflects business priorities and growth objectivesCollaborate with internal experts and support teams to address client needs and deliver timely solutionsStay informed about relevant trends, practices, and service offerings to support informed conversationsMonitor competitive activity and market changes to inform strategyPrepare and present tailored proposals, pricing, and service agreementsEnsure compliance with company policies and relevant regulationsComplete administrative tasks in an accurate and timely mannerQualificationsExperience:5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in a consultative or service-oriented fieldExperience working with complex accounts and cross-functional client teamsBackground in healthcare, clinical services, or adjacent industries preferredDemonstrated success launching new offerings and driving account growthProven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environmentsSkills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of customer relationship management and business developmentAbility to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersExcellent organization, planning, and presentation skillsExperience with CRM systems and standard office softwareEducation:Bachelor's degree required
