Required 7+ years of experience in BI Testing
Proven experience in functional QA
Hands-on experience with Varicent software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in designing and executing test plans
Ability to validate compensation plans, calculations, and data integrations
Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure software quality
Participate in release planning and contribute to improving the QA process
Ensure the reliability and functionality of Varicent's ICM software
