Analyst Travel & Cash ManagementWhat you will be doing:The Analyst, Travel & Cash Management will be responsible for the day-to-day corporate travel program and various daily Treasury/cash management activities. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, developing strategic policies and programs for Premier’s corporate travel program; oversee all travel arrangements and operations; work and manage relationships with external travel service providers; oversee Premier’s corporate and travel credit card programs; and perform daily Treasury/cash management activities. Additionally, this role will be highly visible to Finance leadership and various levels of Premier Executive leadership.This role will manage and take part in negotiations of contracts or rates with travel service providers, provide advice on travel documents, insurance, regulations, etc. This role will monitor travel activity, ensure overall travel compliance, identify opportunities for travel cost management, communicate opportunities to leadership and work towards implementing changes in travel policy when appropriate.In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, this individual will be responsible for broader strategic finance projects that will drive organizational goals from conception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical skills. This role will work with cross functional teams, providing guidance, support, and communication for finance initiatives. Additional financial analysis may be required to support strategic initiatives.This role will require comfort with and use of multiple systems including but not limited to Egencia, Workday and Adaptive. Additional analytical skills related to understanding process flows and data will be needed.Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Program and policy management– 50%Manage and update the Corporate Travel Policy for Premier.Conduct weekly calls with Egencia agents to review updates, troubleshoot issues, and analyze reports.Run Egencia reports for tracking and analysis.Approve out-of-policy bookings.Troubleshoot issues for employees and members, including SSO and login problems.Maintain the Egencia site with updates and alerts.Organize and manage Egencia meetings.Manage non-refundable Pref unused tickets.Serve as Travel Lead on the Disaster Management Response Committee.Coordinate Workday/Egencia integrations and error reports.Update and maintain the Travel Community on SharePoint/PINC AI.Assist employees with adding negotiated hotels for new projects.Collaborate with Egencia Consulting for annual preferred hotels RFP.Work with legal and finance on the annual review and renewal of the Egencia contract.Credit Card Management – 35%Review applications to ensure that all approvals and support is receivedProcess the application with credit card companyReview outstanding list and contact employeesTreasury – 15%Pull daily reports from bank siteUpdate multiple files dailyMonthly trackersAssist with various treasury responsibilitiesAudit​Required QualificationsWork Experience: Years of Applicable Experience - 2 or more yearsEducation: High School Diploma or GED (Required)Preferred QualificationsSkills:Advanced ExcelLeadership and strategic analysis skillsStrong self-management abilityGood Communication SkillsExperience:3+ years applicable experienceEducation:Bachelor's degreeAdditional Job Requirements:Remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of timeBe adaptive and change priorities quickly; meet deadlinesAttention to detailOperate computer programs and softwareAbility to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats.Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or the public)Making independent decisionsAbility to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptionsWorking Conditions: Air conditioned office spaceTravel Requirements: Travel 1-20% within the USPhysical Demands: Sedentary: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Jobs are sedentary if movement is required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $62,000 - $93,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
