Job Description:Job SummaryRetail Associate – PRN PositionWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis.This flexible role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering excellent service without a fixed schedule.Preferred Qaulifcations
  • Must be computer savvy and comfortable using retail systems
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts with no set schedule

Responsibilities
  • Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all shoppers
  • Unbox merchandise and prepare items for display
  • Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining product displays
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
  • Experience: One year of retail experience, preferred.
  • Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. A commitment to diversity and inclusion and the ability to function as part of a team is essential. Friendly and engaging. Has the ability to work independently when needed. Thorough ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Ability to demonstrate service excellence through compassion, empathy and support.
