A global leader in advanced medical device technology is expanding operations in Milwaukee with a new state-of-the-art facility specializing in packaging and small-batch production for the North American market. We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the launch and ongoing operations of this facility, from renovation and equipment installation to production ramp-up and mass production.This is a rare opportunity to play a key leadership role in a greenfield facility launch with direct visibility and impact on the organization’s North American strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of facility setup, including renovations, equipment installation, and production line trial runsBuild and manage the local leadership team across production, technology, supply chain, and procurementOversee production ramp-up, ensuring successful transition into mass production by late 2026Drive compliance with corporate quality and operational standards, including FDA and ISO requirementsServe as the primary liaison with HQ, regional teams, local government agencies, and external partnersEnsure operational stability, process excellence, and long-term productivity of the facilityQualifications
