  • Own and oversee spacecraft products, ensuring technical excellence.
  • Blend traditional spacecraft design principles with commercial methodologies.
  • Delve into technical details and adapt workflows as necessary.
  • Mentor and empower junior engineers to aid in their technical growth.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership across the Space Systems Business Group.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in developing high-reliability electronics.
  • Experience in digital and analog mixed signal circuit design, including high-speed.
  • Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium.
  • Experience in developing firmware for embedded systems such as microcontrollers and FPGAs.
  • Familiarity with test equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in RF circuit design, analysis, and testing.
  • Proficiency with 3D EM solvers such as CST Studio or Ansys HFSS.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like Python.
  • Familiarity with communication protocols such as SPI and RS-422.
  • Experience in DC-DC switcher design and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with PCB prototyping and rework.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Willingness to guide junior engineers.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced development environment.
