- Communicate with team members, customers, managers, etc. to coordinate plan of care and provide optimal patient experience.
- Administer therapy interventions and treatments according to agency’s accepted policies and procedures.
- Apply and implement appropriate therapy knowledge and plans patient care with appropriate patient goals.
- Complete documentation requirements in a proficient and timely manner.
- Assume responsibility for personal and professional development.
- Administer and supervise therapy treatments to patients with a wide range of health problems under the direct orders of a physician/podiatrist.
- Coordinate care patients with other skilled care providers to plan, implement and access treatment programs.
- Bachelor’s degree (PT) or Master's degree (OT/SLP) from an accredited program
- Active Maryland PT/OT/SLP license required
- Valid driver’s license with agency insurance requirements
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Looking for 3 Full-time SLPs: 1 in Rockville, 1 in Lower Montgomery/ PG county, and 1 in Southern Maryland. Looking for 1 Part-time SLP in Southern Maryland. Looking for 2 PRN SLP's: 1 in Frederick County and 1 in Southern Maryland (Charles, St. Mary's, Calvert counties)
- Looking for a full-time PT- in Upper to Mid PG county.
- Looking for a part-time PT in lower PG and Charles counties
