- Conduct roof and property inspections to assess damage and create compelling repair/replacement proposals.
- Manage customer relationships from initial contact to project completion, delivering a premium customer experience.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to assist homeowners during the claims process.
- Present material and color options that align with homeowner preferences and project requirements.
- Collect customer payments and maintain accurate documentation in our CRM.
- Represent Kingfisher Roofing at trade shows, community events, and sales meetings.
- Keep leadership informed of account status, challenges, and competitive insights via our CRM.
- Qualified leads provided - Roofing, siding, and windows.

- Proven track record in field sales or business development (experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus).
- You are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrive on exceeding targets.
- You bring exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong moral character with a history of ethical, responsible behavior-integrity is non-negotiable.
- Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn our CRM system.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Must be organized and ready to be self-directed in your work.
- Experience in roofing or construction.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with insurance claims and project planning.
- Sales experience, including in-home sales.
