This position is a tier 1 position with room to grow within the SAP or Identity access space.You Will
  • Protect the integrity and confidentiality of Grainger information assets while enabling business functionality across systems and environments by supporting applicable security and identity management solutions.
  • Support the safeguarding of information assets in SAP by understanding and applying relevant procedures and policies, and by promoting policy awareness among resource owners and users.
  • Provide intermediate-level access troubleshooting and production support across enterprise systems, with a focus on role provisioning and modifications.
  • Grant and manage access for GCAN and GMEX DC employees, and support access to various shared drives through identity management processes.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot incidents and tasks submitted by team members in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and accurate communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly within the incident management tracking system.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledgebase articles.
  • Lead small projects and assist with medium to large projects under the guidance of Administrators and Architects.
  • Perform special assignments as directed.
  • Participate in a 24-hour support rotation schedule as required.
You Have
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required
  • 1+ years
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Security (Beginner proficiency)
  • Proficient in Managing Active Directory (Beginner proficiency)
  • Experience with Okta and Sailpoint (Beginner proficiency)
