We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Vendor Experience - Frontend in United States.This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge software distribution platform, focused on optimizing vendor experience. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work on enterprise-grade solutions for deploying and managing software in self-hosted environments, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and customers. You will tackle complex front-end challenges, mentor team members, and help shape the vendor-facing aspects of the platform. The role offers exposure to emerging technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm, Typescript, React, and Go, while working in a fully remote, collaborative, and growth-oriented environment. You will play a pivotal part in delivering impactful features that directly enhance customer workflows and operational efficiency.Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end solutions for vendor experience workflows, team management, and policy configuration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate features from prototype to general availability, integrating user feedback and market requirements.
  • Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Engage with customers to observe product usage, gather feedback, and ideate innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to a culture of quality and testing, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and support activities as part of a high-performing engineering team.
Requirements
  • Senior-level professional experience in front-end development using Typescript, React, and related tooling.
  • Full stack development experience, including Go, with the ability to contribute across the product stack.
  • Strong technical communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Experience designing, building, and maintaining API services and datastores.
  • Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges, break them down into iterative deliverables, and deliver high-quality software.
  • Experience in cloud-native, customer-facing infrastructure and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to continuously learn and improve engineering practices.
