- Build working relationships with finance teams understanding their processes and staying abreast of planned changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support ERP-related finance initiatives across diverse platforms.
- Drive assigned projects aligned with the strategic direction of the Global ERP Director, Corporate Finance, and senior leadership
- Identify and propose new initiatives or improvements that optimize financial systems and processes.
- Ensure solutions comply with global finance standards, including IFRS, and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain a strong understanding of core finance processes and recommend process improvements.
- Partner with finance teams to analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and finance stakeholders.
- Support testing, training, and deployment activities for system changes.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices
- Perform other related tasks as assigned to support smooth operations.

- A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- At least five years of experience working in IT supporting ERP activities
- Experience with one or more ERP: Oracle Fusion, MS Business Central, SAP, Pronto, , Totvs is strongly preferred
