Our global team turns up each day with passion and commitment to do amazing things, always challenging our thinking to find ways to solve some of the world’s most complex problems for a safer, healthier world.About the role:This individual will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Oracle Financials solutions, and supporting end-users across various finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.Position Duties and Scope:
  • Build working relationships with finance teams understanding their processes and staying abreast of planned changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support ERP-related finance initiatives across diverse platforms.
  • Drive assigned projects aligned with the strategic direction of the Global ERP Director, Corporate Finance, and senior leadership
  • Identify and propose new initiatives or improvements that optimize financial systems and processes.
  • Ensure solutions comply with global finance standards, including IFRS, and internal audit requirements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of core finance processes and recommend process improvements.
  • Partner with finance teams to analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and finance stakeholders.
  • Support testing, training, and deployment activities for system changes.
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices

Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities:
  • Follow all company operating procedures, standards, policies, and training to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the site.
  • Play an active role in the ALS safety program by correcting or reporting unsafe acts and conditions that are observed during day-to-day operations to create a zero-injury work environment.
  • Participate in and support HSE initiatives, as required by ALS leadership.

Education and Experience:
  • A minimum of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of experience working in IT supporting ERP activities
  • Experience with one or more ERP: Oracle Fusion, MS Business Central, SAP, Pronto, , Totvs is strongly preferred
