Press Line Operator (3rd shift) - Walton Hills, Ohio - JOB 25-01456 Salary Range: $18.75 - $20.75/HR + bonus every 6 months Permanent Position with Benefits. Walton Hills, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire 3rd shift Press Line Operators for the night shift M-Th 10pm to 8am REQUIREMENTS
  • High School, GED, Vocational School, and/or Higher Level Education
  • Willing to work 10 hour shifts (Monday through Thursday - 10pm – 8am)
  • Machine operator experience in a plastic environment is preferred
  • Set up, start up, operate, and trouble shoot plastic press line to produce plastic sheets
  • Install and remove steel rule dies into press machine
  • Create template when installing die to verify even cut pressure
  • Oversee quality and uniformity of palletized product coming off the machine
  • Die cutting experience is a plus
  • Previous extrusion experience and knowledge of plastic sheet extrusion process a plus.
  • Tow motor / Fork lift experience
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50-100 pounds. (Over 50 lbs. with an assist).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Alert / attentive to observe machine operations and gauges to detect defective material / machine malfunctions then stop and start machine as needed
  • $1000 Sign on bonus
