Agency Description:Coordinated Care Agency (CCA), a dba of the Archdiocesan Housing Authority, offers comprehensive services, enhanced shelter, and housing for people experiencing deep poverty and homelessness.The purpose of our work is to ensure that people have access to the healthcare and supports that they need to thrive. The team works to promote social changes to dismantle systemic racism, injustices and inequities that contribute to housing instability. We approach our clients and colleagues through a trauma informed lens, based on the knowledge and understanding of how trauma affects people's lives.Key Responsibilities:1. Work in-person at a program and attend required in-person agency meetings.2. Supervision & Leadership
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to Resident Support Staff in alignment with the mission and values of CCA/AHA.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff; conduct regular individual supervision and complete annual performance evaluations.
  • In partnership with the Program Director, assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of program policies and procedures; actively engage staff and stakeholders in the process.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by facilitating and supporting training in evidence-based practices, including Housing First, Harm Reduction, Trauma-Informed Care, and Grief & Loss.
  • Maintain and regularly update employee training manuals, internal protocols, and operational forms with a focus on quality and best practices.
  • Participate in New Employee Orientation and ensure onboarding aligns with organizational expectations.
  • Ensure staff understanding and compliance with program policies, tenant-landlord law, and service delivery standards.
  • Track and monitor staff participation in required CCA/AHA trainings and certifications.
  • Provide availability and leadership support to staff during shifts, and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Actively respond to crisis situations and coordinate appropriate interventions in collaboration with case management and external providers.
  • Lead and facilitate routine staff meetings, team check-ins, and care consultations, including sessions with external clinical consultants.
  • Delegate tasks appropriately, foster professional development, and encourage staff initiative and empowerment.
3. Administrative Operations
  • Oversee and coordinate the 24/7 program staffing schedule; ensure accurate and up-todate coverage at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain building coverage, making adjustments to ensure consistent staff presence and service delivery.
  • Review shift logs and documentation (e.g., ShiftNote) regularly to ensure timely responses, accuracy, and appropriate follow-up; provide coaching to staff on effective documentation practices.
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, documentation, and compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Prepare and submit narrative, statistical, and outcome-based reports to the Program Director for funding and program evaluation purposes.
  • Support grant writing, reporting, and other fundraising efforts as delegated by the Program Director.
4. Program Representation & Other Duties
  • Maintain consistent and professional office hours (40hrs wkly); be available to staff, residents, and partners.
  • Support the transportation needs of the program as an approved driver, including resident off campus activities, food bank and donor coordination pickups, supply runs, and other program related errands as assigned.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as required.
  • Represent CCA-AHA and the Program in interactions with funders, community partners, public officials, and external agencies.
  • Serve as a community liaison on issues related to aging, disability, housing, and chronic homelessness, advocating for the needs of program participants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director or agency leadership.
Job Conditions:This position requires the employee to work in an environment where there may be exposure to illicit drug residues and fumes, bloodborne pathogens or other bio-hazardous materials in the course of doing business. Other exposures could include cleaning supplies, chemicals involved in pest control, paint and other materials used in building maintenance, building temperature fluctuations, dust, noise, pests, and odors. Other working conditions may include interruptions, working alone, evening or weekend work, responding to emergencies and working on-call.This position also requires the employee to work with clients who may have untreated or poorly treated substance use and mental health disorders. These clients may demonstrate challenging behaviors that require staff support for de-escalation or redirection.Physical Requirements:

  • The employee is frequently required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger/ handle/feel/type, operate office machinery and reach with hands and arms. Requires the ability to regularly push, pull, lift and/or carry supplies up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Work takes place at the agency work location for the duration of the scheduled shift where long periods of sitting, working on a computer, walking to various work areas, going up and down stairs, and standing are required.
Mental Requirements:The cognitive skills needed to complete tasks, including abilities such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision making, problem-solving, and comprehending.Minimum Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience, preferably overseeing 24/7 or multi-shift program operations.
  • Experience working in a social service and customer service roles
  • Demonstrated progressive experience working with homeless populations, particularly individuals with co-occurring mental health and/or substance use disorders.
  • Experience or knowledge of mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or homeless services.
  • Solid understanding of and commitment to Housing First and Harm Reduction principles.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to commit to developing and safekeeping a workplace that values and supports a culturally diverse work environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft office suite of programs and related databases.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s permit within 30 days of employment.
  • Bachelor' degree preferred.
  • Valid Washington State driver's license.
