- Manage all aspects of construction project accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure projects are on track financially.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.
- Journal entries, managing a general ledger, month-end procedures
- Process payroll for construction staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Calculate and track employee hours, overtime, and benefits.
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns and other related documents.
- Manage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reconciliation.
- Generate invoices, track receivables, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
