- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
- Majoring Business, Sales, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited college or university by the spring of 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications with extensive spreadsheet experience
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
- Retail and/or dealership job experience
- Strong interest in the automotive industry
