- Developing comprehensive test strategies and documentation by analyzing system requirements, creating detailed test plans, designing efficient test cases, and aligning with program milestones.
- Executing systematic data collection and analysis by implementing rigorous methodologies, analyzing test results for deficiencies, documenting findings with appropriate metrics, and preparing evidence-based reports.
- Creating sponsor test documentation including Test and Evaluation Strategies, Master Plans (TEMP), Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and comprehensive T&E Reports.
- Managing test execution by coordinating activities across stakeholders, overseeing proper setup and data collection, optimizing schedules and resources, and resolving issues to maintain program momentum.
- Implementing specialized testing approaches tailored to specific system functions, integrating appropriate methodologies based on system maturity, and adapting strategies for emerging technologies.
- Driving quality improvement by identifying system deficiencies, recommending corrective actions, implementing performance metrics, and continuously refining test processes.
- Facilitating effective stakeholder communication by presenting findings with appropriate clarity, providing regular status updates, collaborating on deficiency resolution, and mediating discussions regarding system acceptance criteria.
- This SETA role provides technical and programmatic support to government teams by translating mission needs into technical requirements, managing those requirements, and shaping strategic program direction. Responsibilities include contract support (SOWs, RFPs, cost proposals), performance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and communicating complex concepts through reports, meetings, and senior-level briefings. The team ensures projects stay on track by overseeing cost, schedule, and performance.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Experience analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system.
- descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results.
- Experience supporting the development of Sponsor test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test and Evaluation (T&E).
- Strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
- Experience with providing specialized T&E capabilities and integration tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas.

- Compensation: $107,100 - $167,325
- Expert Level:

- Compensation: $129,700 - $202,675
- IC experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with having successfully demonstrated the ability to independently conduct the appropriate analysis to offer recommendations, solutions, and alternatives to resolve issues, concerns, problems, or methods.
- Experience in establishing strong working relationships with program managers as well as organization leadership; tracking task order efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems; and identifying and resolving administrative and contractual issues related to a support services contract.
- Ability to solve problems in a rapidly changing environment, and interface with customers directly.
- Strong understanding of intelligence disciplines, methodologies, and the intelligence cycle.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
