- Serve as the primary liaison for internal clients, translating business needs into actionable learning strategies.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using modern instructional design methods, including workshops, e-learning, and development centers.
- Manage end-to-end learning initiatives, including planning, execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct learning needs assessments by partnering with leaders to identify skill gaps and performance trends.
- Facilitate impactful workshops and seminars for employees across various levels and functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with business goals and drive employee development.
- Leverage data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and refine learning strategies.
- Contribute to strategic planning and innovation within the L&D function, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in L&D, program management, or engineering operations.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of performance metrics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and learning technologies (e.g., LMS, e-learning platforms).
- Experience with instructional design, learning evaluation, and multimedia education.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, HR, or related field
- Certifications in L&D, project management, or client engagement (e.g., CPLP, ATD, PMI).
- Background in design thinking and learning experience design.
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments.
- Ability to analyze HR data and generate actionable insights.
- Skilled in adaptive mindset, digital literacy, and policy interpretation.
