Field Service Technician

• Install, commission, service, and repair flexible packaging machinery and related mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues using technical schematics and documentation.
• Support start-ups, train operators, and ensure smooth handoff after installation.
• Document service activities and provide technical feedback for product improvement.
• Travel 95% across North America to customer sites, often on short notice.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in mechanical field service or a closely related role.
• Strong mechanical background with the ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Hands-on experience with packaging, extrusion, or printing equipment.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout North America.
