Daily tasks include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the engagement of architecture definition, technology development and insertion, and technical trades with an emphasis on security, commonality, best practices, and value.
- Ensure that Command Media is followed and that designs are compliant to design standards and contractual requirements.
- Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with Program Engineers, Suppliers and government customers.
- Ensure engagement of engineering resources to resolve anomalies and technical issues.
- Ensure development activities, accomplishments, and issues are communicated to the Mission Assurance Senior Manager and Director.
Candidate will also have the ability to travel to Lockheed Martin facilities, supplier's facilities, and customer facilities.** Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. **What's In It For You

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering/Technical Discipline.
- Experience planning and leading the technical efforts associated with program capture and development efforts.
- Experience communicating technical status and issues internally to program leadership, technical leadership, and functional leadership as well as externally to the customer.
- Familiarity with system security engineering.
- EVMS or CAM Experience
- Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Special Access Program Clearance.
- Candidate must be available for occasional domestic travel (up to 25%).
- Ability to work under stress and maintain deadlines.
- Understanding and working knowledge of company and general financial principles.
- Ability to think strategically and integrate across functions.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple high priority tasks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to represent LM to customers, employees, and stakeholders.
- Program Management, Project Management or Project Engineering Experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
