
Inside Sales Specialist

- Receive, review, and process customer orders via email, phone, or order management systems.
- Verify order accuracy, pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.
- Resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the ERP or CRM system.
- Support invoicing and billing processes as needed.
- Timely processing of MRO (parts and serial products) quotes using available tool landscape (Salesforce and SAP).
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in any field
- 3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency with order management systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems (SFDC preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
