Daily substitute pay rates are as follows:New Substitutes: $124 per day ($140 per day if certified as a teacher by the State of CT)After One Year of Experience: $129 per dayAfter Two Years of Experience:$134 per dayFarmington uses the online substitute placement system called Frontline Absence Management.
Sub assignments may be obtained via telephone, internet, or app.
