ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities: You will play a key role in shaping our workforce by designing and delivering impactful training programs that support both new hire onboarding and seasoned professional certification.You will:
- Deliver engaging technical training sessions, product demos, and certification programs using up-to-date materials.
- Coach new employees through the assembly process and support the onboarding process when needed.
- Work with employees on certifications and support the recertification lab.
- Coordinates all required technical training and support contract labor technical training programs.
- Partner with departments to assess training needs and create customized, impactful learning experiences.
- Design, update, and continuously improve lesson plans and course content to align with new products and technologies.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure training strategies are relevant, compliant, and aligned with company goals.
- 5+ years of experience with sheet metal structures and assembly or composite fabrication
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in quality/inspection
- Experience with instructing, training, mentoring or coaching employees
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently with little or no supervision
- High School Diploma or GED
- Desire to inspire, relate, motivate, and encourage learners
- Comfortable in instructing/teaching with groups of 20 or more
