Join our team and be part of a community that prioritizes health and well-being through innovative and compassionate care.Job Description: Under the Supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide care, comfort and assistance to clients in their home. Provide patient-centered care consistently. Promote independence, preserve autonomy. Ensure proper bathing and grooming, assist with meals, cooking, cleaning, run errands, report out of norm's and etc.We offer weekly pay, continuing education, team recognition, team building activities, and other benefits.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide compassionate care and companionship for our clients
  • Assist with maintaining clients’ independence and performing exercise
  • Ambulate clients to ensure strength and mobility
  • Use mechanical lifts and gait belts safely
  • Dementia care
  • Assist with household organization and light housekeeping (dusting, mopping, etc.)
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Run errands and assist with meal preparations
  • Handle laundry tasks
  • Report changes in clients’ conditions
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate as a member of the care team
  • Be dependable and reliable
  • Show compassion and respect
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in home health or geriatrics
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • US Citizen or Green Card holder
  • Stable work history
  • Reliable Transportation with insurance
  • Availability to work weekdays and every other weekend
  • Clean background check and excellent references
