Trailer Mechanic/Technicians will be responsible for the timely repairs and maintenance of heavy-duty fleet and private owner vehicles.Position OverviewTrailer Mechanic/Technicians will be responsible for timely repairs and maintenance of all classes of trailers to ensure a safe and efficient operation. Position requires a high level of proficiency and working knowledge related to repairs and diagnostics of trailers, dollies, and switchers.Foreman position available, will be responsible for working with 1st foreman on hand off work, quality of repairs, efficiency of repairs, paperwork completed of other techsEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform repairs and preventative maintenance to trailers, dollies, and switchers.Perform services to anti-lock brakes, wheel end components, electric brakes, disc brakes, ABS brake system. Perform services to swing doors and roll up doors. Lift gate (Tuck under & Rail). Body and roof repair or replacement.
