This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will leverage deep analytical capabilities, project management, innovation, and sense of urgency to ensure project implementation.This position is located in Milwaukee, WI or Downers Grove, IL.Key AccountabilitiesManage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery with ZEWS overall strategic goals, and ensure individual projects contribute to the broader objectives of Indirect Procurement.Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.Help identify and manage risks that may impact project delivery or program success, and work to resolve issues and mitigate risks promptly.Collaborate with third-party partners to develop enhanced solutions and implementations.Facilitate communication between project teams, suppliers, stakeholders and leadership, and ensure transparency while keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes.Monitor the performance of various programs and projects, tracking key metrics, and generate reports for leadership to make informed decisions. This includes evaluating project outcomes against predefined goals and KPIs.Proactively assesses internal and external process improvements through CI initiatives, best-practice identification and sharing between manufacturing sites, corporate offices, and Indirect Strategic Sourcing to influence effective change and drive innovation and continuous improvements.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree in related field3+ years experience with project management, implementation, and/or technical consultant; PMP Certification, AgilePM and/or ScrumMaster (CSM) a plusStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams to successExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and manage complex projects.Energy and strong organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting multiple deadlinesAble to act and make independent decisions as well as work effectively in a team environmentAbility to influence and build relationships and demonstrate leadership in all interactionsStrong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster team relationshipsContinuous improvement mindset, including the ability to innovate and simplify legacy processes.Travel up to 25%Capabilities and Success FactorsPlans & Aligns – Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.Action Oriented – Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Manages Complexity – Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Ensures Accountability – Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.Decision Quality – Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.Being Resilient – Rebounding from setbacks and adversity when facing difficult situations.Cultivates Innovation – Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful.The compensation range identified below are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on compensable factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training, and other relevant business and organizational factors. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000Total Rewards and Benefits
